He takes his time on your eyebrows and perfects them by having a measuring tool.He's now located in West Covina. The place looks better and it's now in a safer place. He's the only one that does eyebrows here so it's by appointment only. You can get an appointment fast depending if it's the holidays or close to the weekends. “Salena is amazing!! I’ve had my brows done many times in the past years. I’ve tried other artists in hopes they can give me brow strokes. However, all of them say brow strokes can only be done with virgin brows. Well, Salena did an amazing job and said that shouldn’t be a factor. I love my brows!
