I feel like cinderella but with just my hair, whenever I leave this place! Jeanne is amazing and so sweet! The place is so clean, bathroom is really clean! (A plus) and if you’re gonna be there awhile, they offer you snacks and drinks! They’re not there to milk you for your money either! They let you know up front what everything will cost so you’re not shellshocked! They use top quality products and your hair feels soft and looks amazing!! They the color right too! This time was *my* turn to get my hair done. My hair is almost down to my butt and lord have mercy on my grown out roots. It's been quite a while since I got it done. I did get it colored but as far as getting balayage, it's been a year or so. I don't get much time to myself as I have a toddler who has ASD. My appointment was 2/11 and I got matched with Elicia, who is the blond expert. I was all over the place with what I wanted. Jeanne replied to our inquiry in a timely manner and was able to schedule an appointment for my daughter the same day. Adriana gave great advice and made my daughter feel special. Love her new style and color. Perfect birthday gift for my daughter. THANK YOU!
