“For years, I wanted to get my eyebrows done, but I could never bring myself to commit. One thing that really amazed me was Francesca's artistry. Before finding her, I had watched countless videos of artists using measuring tools, rulers, strings, and calipers to map out brows. Francesca didn't use any of those. She mapped everything freehand with incredible precision, then showed me the design and made sure I loved it before beginning. Watching her work was truly impressive. She's a natural artist, and knowing she trained in Italy made perfect sense after seeing her talent firsthand.
Beyond her incredible skill, Francesca is genuinely one of the sweetest people you'll meet. Her knowledge, expertise, and calm confidence immediately put me at ease. At no point did I ever question her methods because she took the time to explain everything and made me feel heard throughout the entire process.
