“Well... he's still good lol. Willy has done my eyebrows since 2016! He knows what perfection means. He takes his time on your eyebrows and perfects them by having a measuring tool.He's now located in West Covina. The place looks better and it's now in a safer place. He's the only one that does eyebrows here so it's by appointment only. You can get an appointment fast depending if it's the holidays or close to the weekends. Willy is really nice and now a good friend of mine. You should give him a try.“
