“Michelle is great. Such a breeze from making an appointment to the day of. She is so patient and keeps me in the loop (if I can come early). This is my second time booking with her and she is amazing. She is so easy going and listens to your requests. I have full long hair and told her what I wanted. I booked her for a haircut and she is good at what she does. I asked for face framing layers starting at the chin with a U cut. I am very happy with the outcome. Gives her professional opinion and can also make tweaks to your liking. Will book her again for my daughter's cut.”
