“y wife and I have taken our dogs here since the early 1980s. Dr. Peterson has always taken great care of our 7 dogs through the years. Very caring and professional. The ONLY time I took one of our dogs to another vet (a VCA), she was misdiagnosed. Our Wolf/Malamute was right at 16 yrs (had him since 5 weeks) and needed our extra attention in his last days. Our Ausie who was 14.5 yrs had a growth the VCA vet said was benign. It turned out to be cancer and of course Dr. Peterson caught it. It's September 2024 and we live far away now, but still go to Dr. Peterson at Las Tunas Dee and Dr Peterson are great. Las Tunas Animal Hospital can be trusted with our precious animals!“

“I have neutered and spayed 3 of cats with Spay4LA. 1 male and 2 female cats. The staff is so helpful, patient and understanding. I have felt very comfortable leaving my cats here for vaccination, microchipped,... all the above. My babies were rescues so I wanted to make sure they were healthy no fleas, tape worms ... I would recommend. The mobile clinics may be alil distance at times but very well worth it. The prices are very reasonable and my cats have came home like nothing happened about 2 hours or so after they came back to their senses. Thank you so much for helping animals. God bless you all.“

We've done check-ups, tests, and even surgeries- and my dog has always been in such good hands. Recently their thorough checking prevented our dog from going under a dangerous surgery, which could have ended her life. We're so thankful.
