Gino's crew arrived on time (even a few minutes early), everyone was polite and professional, there were a bunch of people working on our roof at the same time and they got done even faster than we expected. Everyone seemed like a well-oiled machine... none of the "we're running behind on another job, my worker is out sick, now I need to run to Home Depot for a missing part" that makes you want to pull your hair out with some contractors. “We are very happy we hired Jaan to do our metal roof. He went way above and beyond. We had already made a down payment to another roofing company but they were not responsive and we couldn't even get color samples from them. Jaan gave us a reasonable price and then installed the waterproofing on our roof at the last minute on a Friday evening because rain was expected. We hadn't even given him a down payment at that point. And he went out of his way to make sure the rest of the roof was done before the heavy rains started. He also went to great lengths to comply with some out of the ordinary requests we had. Since we are going to collect rainwater from the roof, we didn't want anything toxic on it. He was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and even coordinated with our plumber, etc. to make sure all the roof penetrations were done. I also like the fact that he double-checked everything with me before moving forward. We have worked with a lot of contractors during the building of our house but I have to say that Jaan was the most thorough, considerate, and easiest to work with. And of course we are very happy with our roof. It is beautiful!“

They left the place cleaner than it was before and we did not find a single roofing nail. We had quite some rain since the replacement last year and all is nice and dry.
