“I’m not (until now) usually big on spa days but a friend and I decided to lean into just a few hours of it. It included a customized package of a massage, reflexology, a sauna and facial. And…WOW. They were THE BEST massage and facial I have ever had (and the facial not only cleared up areas of my (Arizona) skin that I never thought would clear but also did NOT leave my face red for days). “What a great friendly place. If you have any questions they answer them right away. Really no wait time. You are in and out usually in 15 minutes. They are vey thorough at you first assessment interview.The staff is amazing and patient. I have been to diet places before and they aren't very personable..they just get you in and out. Allure talks to you and asks if you have had any issues or problems on your previous week. Jordan at the desk smiles and greets everyone that comes I the door. If something isn't working they can change things up for you for better results.“

“I am very happy with Kandi Ammons. She does a wonderful job with hair coloring and she answers promptly to my texts regarding appointments or questions I have.I had to drop Candace ( from the same salon) when she ignored my texts and calls to the salon. I tried for a few weeks with multiple attempts to contact her. She was so unprofessional. If she didn't want to keep me as a client, then she should have told me so. Instead, she ghosted me. Candace also charged me twice as much as Kandi for the same exact service. I wish I had Kandi the first time. I was very disappointed and unhappy with the way Candace treated me. I highly recommend going with Kandi Ammons. Except the unprofessional issues with Candace, the salon staff is very nice and I will continue going with Kandi.“

“This is my 3rd time getting lip injections. But this is my first time at Bloom. My nurse was Nicole. I was very happy with her service, she was informative, she listened. I informed her I was comfortable with Juvederm and she immediately made the switch with out trying to convince me otherwise. She was very gentle, I did not bruise. She reassured me that anything I did not like, she could touch up and fix right there, she wanted me to leave happy with my procedure. Unlike other injectors, she told me after they're healed if i notice any bumps or anything I don't like, touchups are included and I can come back. This is will be my forever injectable spot.“

“This establishment is the best! I went here on the referral of a friend and I am so glad I did! I have never gotten a facial before and I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect as I am in a wheelchair, but Sally truly made me feel at home! Her establishment is fully accessible so that was a major bonus for me. She was gracefully wonderful and provided assistance where needed. She took the time to assist and explain what was going to happen and she was amazing at answering all the questions that I had. I enjoyed the hydro facial with the blue light. The experience was so therapeutic and relaxing that I fell asleep! At the end of the appointment Sally recommended a facial moisturizer and cleanser for me based on what we talked about pre facial and I absolutely love it!
