First of all, everything is customized to
YOU which already makes it feel way more intentional and not just like a basic spa visit 🤍

The hybrid bed?? insane. ❤☀ full body red light + sunlight therapy in like 10 minutes… my skin felt so glowy and smooth after. it’s giving anti-aging without doing the most.

They also have alkaline water (7-stage filtration!!) so bring your hydro or grab a drink there 💧

The infrared sauna was such a vibe 🧖‍♀ 45 minutes to just relax, detox, and even watch netflix?? like say less. and the cold lavender towels after… 10/10 💜
but the salt room… THIS was my favorite 🤍 literally breathing in salt air that is good for your lungs, especially if you’re feeling congested or it’s flu season.

and I tried the wellfit spray at the end 💦the hydration + lift combo had my skin looking so fresh and snatched… like a glow boost + mini lift in one.

overall, i left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and glowing ✨definitely one of those routines that actually makes you feel better inside and out.
