I was there the same day that it was sold to a customer and they were late by 20 minutes after my appointment time. This is the true definition of hypocrisy. If you’re gonna be late, you should give your customer your discount and that would even the playing field.“

I can say that the receptionist is always so polite and helps us with whatever questions we have ♡ But it's definitely a hit or miss with the eyebrow ladies you get here. Soni did my eyebrows last time and left them super thick, exactly how I like them!!! I loved it. This time though they put them SOOO far apart. I tried telling her that they were too thin and she said that was just my natural brow & that I could try microblading. Which I don't mind suggestions but I know my eyebrows are thicker than that. & she tries to tell me they weren't... I added a before image of how thick my brows were before. The first images was today and the other was in December. I also put other images so you can see most of the time it is consistent but I get scared going because some just don't do it the way I like!!! & it doesn't help i usually go get my brows done before important events like anniversaries, birthdays, and graduation ? so if they mess up I have to fix them everyday until they grow back which is the downside.“
