“Dr. Heather D. Angell, MD is a board-certified emergency medical physician who has been currently treating my rare medical condition called Hemifacial Spasm (HFS). I came to her after my other doctor of several years retired. After giving her a background on the length of time I’ve had this and the possible cause Dr. Angell provided me with more knowledge in order to help me on my journey towards recovery. First, she suggested DySport as an alternative to Botox (after more research this is a better option for me), then she has balanced out my facial symmetry due to long-term use of having Botox on one side of my face, and she lastly, suggested other type of doctors to go to and what they could use to give me more long-term results (a TENS machine). Unfortunately, her med spa doesn’t take my current insurance so this has been a quarterly out-of-pocket expense for me. However, during my next appointment I’ll ask her to send me an email of her medical notes, photos, and video documentation of my HFS treatment plan so I can give them to my medical providers covered under my insurance. I appreciate the newfound knowledge she’s provided and I look forward to a more permanent solution and cure for my condition.“

“I don’t get massages often, my monthly trip typically absorbed by facials with either Carri or Mary (although I’ve heard superb things about the new girl Bella!) however, my body was telling me it’s time. Because of her consistent cool and calmness and me recognizing i need some of that energy - my soul quenching for relaxation - I went ahead and booked.
Internet, let me tell you — Valerie would have to actively put energy into working to being bad at that craft. Even if she tried to be bad at it, I don’t think she’d succeed. She’s that good 😆 I’m officially stealing a couple of her moves massage💆‍♂ (she said I could!)!
After the saddest part of spa day wrapped and I was headed out all I could do was keep saying her name over and over shaking my head “no”. I suppode i was just in disbelief that a massage of THAT caliber from a chick THAT cool is just down the street at Massage Heights in Natomas.

Then a lovely facial which included some fancy machines that she described prior to beginning including cold glass balls and ended with a tension relieving hand massage. Highly recommend“
