Moving from the Bay Area to Folsom, I stressed out on where I could go and who I could trust with my hair. I wanted to find a place that was welcoming, friendly, lots of laughter, comfortable, relaxing, clean, upbeat, respectful but I also wanted to go to a salon that was honest with what style I wanted and that also would give me options. That is when I found Modella Salon and Spa. The way I see it, when I go to a salon it's my time to decompress and I always feel amazing when I walk out that door.
There is water, coffee, tea and magazines to read. The chairs are comfy too. I love the lights around the salon too. I do love that all the stylist are friendly and greet you. It makes you feel comfortable which I love. I would not or could not trust anyone else but Modella Salon and Spa. Joy & Alex thank you for always making me feel and look fabulous. I can't wait for my next appointment.“

I am very unhappy with customer service.
I spent over $100.00 dollars yesterday at the store, when I arrived home I was missing one of the items I purchased. I thought it was accidentally not put in my bag. I called the store repeatedly to no answer.
I went today and was told a manage wasn't there to look at the video tape after I stated my frustration I was told the would now look at the video. After waiting I was told they viewed the merchandise put in the bag. I now wish I would have asked how many items they saw.
I will never shop that Ulta store again and will voice my opinion whenever I can.
