I recently visited Aesthetic Envy Spa in Sacramento for microneedling and PRP treatment with Dr. Gosal, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! She explained the benefits of both treatments in detail: microneedling stimulates collagen production, improving skin texture, while PRP uses your own growth factors for enhanced rejuvenation.
I had mild redness after the treatment however it was not bad. The pricing was very affordable too
Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I left feeling rejuvenated and excited about my skin’s future. If you’re considering these treatments, Dr. Gosal at Aesthetic Envy Spa is the way to go!

I can't recommend this place enough! I needed an iron IV urgently and they got me in the same day, such a relief when you're in need. Their medical team, including an OB-GYN, were incredibly thorough reviewing my labs especially given that I'm pregnant, which gave me real peace of mind.
Radhi was the one helping me directly, and she was kind, informative, and communicative throughout the entire process, which made me feel so much more at ease. The office itself was spotless, and the whole process was quick and efficient. The nurse was extremely nice, had everything prepared before I even sat down, and monitored me closely to make sure I was comfortable.
