Asked Dr Snyder to narrate each step to relieve my anxiety that I get when going to the dentist and he was more than happy to do so while performing multiple steps for a molar crown. His professionalism and patience made the experience very easy. So grateful for the exemplary teamwork of Dr Snyder and assistant, Elisa. My hygienist does a great job. Her dad and her is why I stay there. I do like the people who took over the business though I don’t know the way in which they practice yet. The Richardsons who originally had that place are great people who are down to earth and are looking out for to provide the best option for the customer while not trying to gouge you for things that are not needed. It’s something I feel that most companies overlook. Customer service is something that seems to be overlooked these days more frequently because companies are too worried about maximizing their dollars instead of taking care of the customers individual needs. The staff here is always friendly and welcoming. They’ve made some great improvements to the office, which makes visits even more comfortable. I also really appreciate how straightforward and honest they are about treatment options, they never push unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend!
