Absolutely the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with. I purchased a new complete air conditioning and heater for my home that the original installer bailed on me. The unit outside kept failing. Almost daily I would have to go out and reset the breaker. Since it was a newer model, it hadn't been known yet that it was an issue for that particular condenser. I had two other companies out that were unable to diagnose the issue. I ultimately called Barnett Heating and Air and spoke to Erin, who was very friendly and professional. I wanted to share my experience with Barnett Heating and Air. Last year our entire system broke down. We needed to replace. We got quotes from multiple vendors and Barnett was half of what the other companies were charging for comparable systems and scope of work.
I had done my research anticipating the new system and found multiple rebates. Barnett worked with us to identify a new system that would qualify for all the rebates.
The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner and the rebates were submitted. One rebate came through immediately. The other rebate required extensive reporting and Barnett worked persistently to ensure we got our rebate.
