The topic of death is never easy for anyone and I can honestly say that having to go alone to a Mortuary is a horrible feeling. You are devastated and upset and when I got there, Jefferson and Elaine made me feel so at ease and calm. I didn't cry at all. Throughout the process they respected my wishes entirely and I appreciated that so much. I would strongly recommend coming here. Elaine, was so sweet in uploading my mom's video. They made me feel so comfortable and were so accommodating. I would give 10 stars if it was available.
