The staff is friendly, the doctor really takes time to listen, and the care feels very personal. Prices are also very fair and competitive. I've recommended so many friends and family over the years because I truly trust them and always leave feeling well taken care of.“

“My therapist recommended I try Neuro Feedback therapy for my lifelong battle with anxiety. I started my sessions in January, and I noticed a change almost immediately. After about 3-4 sessions, my anxiety level had significantly decreased. I completed 22 sessions. I still cannot explain how neuro feedback works, but it works! I now have mild anxiety about things I should be anxious about, but I do not stress over every little thing that is happening to me or around me like I did before this therapy. That is a huge life changing improvement for me. I recommend this therapy for those that are suffering from anxiety and have trouble focusing and completing simple tasks. The only concern I have is the cost. You are required to pay for all sessions upfront which can be a non-starter for many people. However, the cost per session is pretty much competitive with other clinics, but paying for 20+ sessions upfront is extremely difficult. I want to close by thanking the Walnut Creek staff. You were wonderful, patient, supportive and very kind.“

“My experience at the Kaiser Permanente Hearing center was positive. The front desk customer service was fast, friendly, and informative. The lobby area is comfortable with lots of spacial seating. The lobby also had an air purifier. I have been to this center 3 times and each doctor/nurse was patient and helpful. The parking is free and there is plenty of space for your vehicle. If you need lunch there are also plenty of cafe's and taquerias.“

“I had an unforgettable experience at the Sports Medicine Division of the Stanford Orthopedic Health Center, where I was fortunate to work with the skilled Dr. So and the dedicated therapist Caspary-Isar. They took the time to wholeheartedly address my concerns about the troubling state of my shoulder.
Fifteen years ago, orthopedic specialists identified me as having advanced glenohumeral osteoarthritis. They strongly recommended surgical intervention to alleviate my persistent symptoms, along with the stern advice to avoid heavy weightlifting altogether.
