“We had a new HVAC system installed in 2020, and since it was installed the heater rarely worked--the original installer couldn't figure it out, nor could 3 other HVAC companies we had look at it over the years. Apparently our furnace is an Ultra-Low Nox system and they're very finicky. Urso Air was recommended to us and the person on the phone was very knowledgeable about these systems and sent Ryan out to take a look. He identified the issue, replaced a part under its warranty and now our heater works. Ryan and the folks at the office were professional, easy to talk to and engage with, which is rare these days. We are extremely satisfied with their work and will call them in the future if we need more help with our temperamental furnace!“

“Overall, Air Tech did a wonderful job setting up my new furnace system, its been working great for the past year. Cyril and Jimmy were very helpful, they take the time to explain the work they are doing. I really like this contractor because they are transparent; if there was anything they saw that didn't meet code, they explained it to me, and gave me a cost right there on the spot, no surprise costs after install. They also allowed me to take some pics of their readings on systems so I could do some research. Price was also affordable as well. Overall, they did a great job and I'd recommend them.“

“With the warmer weather, we switched to AC mode for the first time after installing our new HVAC system by 74 degrees. Unfortunately, the air out of the vents was not cool. Flavio was assigned to come to troubleshoot and repair our AC. He was very methodical in checking out various aspects and through his expertise, he found that our condensate drain was clogged. As a result, the safety switch shut down the cooling operation. He quickly unclogged the drains and meticulously cleaned it out, and our system was up and running! A few comments about Flavio…He is extremely smart, and very professional. He is so polite and takes the time to patiently answer my questions. I am extremely happy with his service. He gained my trust. I wish everyone who does work on our house would be like him!! He is undoubtedly a major asset to 74 Degrees!“

“P&M Mechanical installed a new Central Air System in my historic Craftsman Bungalow. The whole process was exceptional from the beginning. They listened to my concerns and came up with a system that was exactly what I wanted. The installation was amazing considering the lath and plaster ceilings they had to deal with. Juan and Daniel, the installers, were very detailed and made sure every was done properly. I have worked with many contractors and I can say this was one of my best experiences.“

“We had such a good experience with Rusher AC after almost getting ripped off by another company. John was our tech and he was seriously the nicest guy - took his time to actually figure out what was wrong instead of just trying to sell us expensive stuff we didn't need.

Long story short, another company tried to charge us over $800 to replace our whole condensate pump. John came out, shot the situation, and realized we just needed a new exhaust tube. Fixed everything for $160 total, even with a couple visits. He explained what he was doing and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

It's so hard to find contractors you can trust these days. These guys are legit and we'll definitely call them again.“
