Our 1927 Spanish Colonial was missing a large section of terra cotta tiles at the back of the house (we don't know the whole story, but well over 100 tiles were stacked by the side of the house, as if a prior owner decided not to finish the job). The roof was ugly, and because there was no eave, rainwater would run down the wall of the house and had leaked into a large window. Glen and his crew did a great job re-doing the underlayment and tiling that section, and replacing 100 broken tiles in other sections. They left the worksite exceptionally clean. It took some time for the job to start, but once they did, they were done according to schedule. Fair pricing, great communication, and a pleasure to work with Glen.“
