He did a very thorough job of checking the warranty install and the fixing the problems. The air is so much cooler and the unit so much quieter now that it has the proper air flow. They communicated very well by text and showed up when they said they would, kept us abreast of time lines and permits. His estimate was accurate and all inclusive (no surprises). They cleaned up after themselves each day so you didn’t know they’d been here. Lastly, the owner personally came out to inspect the work before saying it was done.“

“Visiting my 90 year old aunt and her heating went out. Called Phil Carpenter's and was told they could have someone out the next morning first thing. When I explained it was for an elderly homeowner, Brandon said he would see what he could do. Called back a few hours later and said he could have a tech swing by. Took Andrew a bit to isolate the intermittent problem but found a couple of things that were not running optimally. Explained everything very well and replaced the parts and she's been warm since. “Had an issue with my ac unit and wanted to get it serviced as well. Ryan was amazing, came out and did a full service on my ac and made sure everything was running how it should. The issue that I had was due to a breaker, so he recommended keeping my ac off until I got an electrician out to get the breaker figured out.
