Trent and his coworker did an outstanding job—working through their lunch and postponing it until the job was completed about 3:00 PM! They drove 35 miles round trip to get unanticipated parts that the repair job required—after driving 75 miles one-way to get to my home! Trent and Milan were here to save the day. Our 9 year old A/C unit was putting out warm air. They diagnosed the issue as a capacitor that had failed. We have always had their maintenance agreement, so the unit has been well maintained. I chose to update certain parts, and their fully stocked van had the parts needed to complete the repair.
