“From first contact to schedule an appointment to grooming, Jennifer was professional, caring, great communication and excellent grooming of our newly rescued 9 year old miniature poodle, Henry. We have no history and couldn't provide specific information, we were concerned about this first groom. Jennifer not only made us confident and comfortable, but from Henry's behavior, he enjoyed the visit as well. Highly recommend Jennifer and Must Love Paws. “i found katie through a local community group when i was looking for a pet groomer to make a house call to trim the nails of my sweet pup. when i met her, i was surprised to see how comfortable my dog felt with her right off the bat. she went up to katie with no hesitation and had a little bit of a tail wag. katie gave her some pets and they were off to the van for the nail trim! when they were back, ginger didn't seem stressed out at all and i could tell that katie made the effort to make her feel comfortable before trimming her nails. im so grateful to have found katie and i look forward to her coming back to trim gingers nails on the future!“

“I have been going to Jeronimo Pet Clinic for over 30 years and they are the best. Their care is excellent and pricing is low compared to other Veterinary hospitals. Dr. Weintraub provides great care, but Lisa, the receptionist, has been there for 20+ years and will always ensure that if a laundry list of care is needed, she will prioritize it for us. They always work with us on pricing and give the best care. If you are looking for a great Vet with reasonable fees, Jeronimo is the place to go.“

“The grooming was very well done and the service was incredible as well; all the while, pricing is very competitive with other grooming salons. I really enjoyed that communication via text is possible since I am not the best at hopping on the phone. It’s also lovely that it’s right on the lake and next to Starbucks so I can treat my dog to a pup cup and a walk after her haircut. My dog has been once for a nail trim and once for a full groom, and both were exceptional experiences. I only regret not trying this salon sooner.“

“My beloved Snoopy, an 11 yr old Bichon cross, had surgery at Laguna Pet Care to remove a large growth from his front leg, which thankfully turned out to be a benign fibroma. Dr Rodarte is an excellent and meticulous surgeon as well as a caring and supportive veterinarian. “I originally chose Well Groomed because they’re AKC Safe Grooming and Fear Free Certified, and they’ve exceeded my expectations every visit. I first brought my Japanese Akita when he was 5 months old, and the team did an amazing job; they even sent me an adorable photo of him in the bath.

When I brought him back around 10 months old, he was going through a fear/anxiety phase. Instead of pushing him beyond his comfort level, they called me to explain that grooming wasn’t the right choice that day. They introduced me to their free “Happy Visit” program, where dogs spend 15 minutes exploring the salon and receiving treats to build positive associations. One groomer even came out to help when my boy was too nervous to leave the car. That level of care is truly above and beyond.

After taking advantage of the Happy Visit, he came back today and made it through his entire groom! I can’t say enough about the professionalism, patience, and compassion of this team. If you want groomers who genuinely put your dog’s well-being first, this is the place. Just look at how happy my boy is in the photo; that says it all!“
