“My beloved Snoopy, an 11 yr old Bichon cross, had surgery at Laguna Pet Care to remove a large growth from his front leg, which thankfully turned out to be a benign fibroma. Dr Rodarte is an excellent and meticulous surgeon as well as a caring and supportive veterinarian. The entire staff made Snoo so comfortable and I felt their empathy as well as their professionalism from the time I walked through the door. Snoo has never resisted going in, and I trust Dr Rodarte and the staff of Laguna Pet Care with my best friend- my child- my love’s - care from nose to tail. We would all spend our last dollar to keep our babies well, but Laguna Pet Care’s pricing is extremely reasonable. It is just one more element to recommend these excellent practitioners.“

The vet tech and Dr Jon were so kind and offered me sound advice that made me feel comfortable and like I could trust them with the health of my baby(cat). I can tell that the vet really has a passion for what he does and the expertise to back it up. He handled our visit with grace, answered all of my questions, and even let me know about vaccines that Latte wasn’t up-to-date on, so we could take care of that too. I never once felt like I was being pressured into care that I wasn’t seeking for my cat. The visit was reasonably priced as well. This will definitely be our new vet from now on.“

“I originally chose Well Groomed because they’re AKC Safe Grooming and Fear Free Certified, and they’ve exceeded my expectations every visit. I first brought my Japanese Akita when he was 5 months old, and the team did an amazing job; they even sent me an adorable photo of him in the bath.

When I brought him back around 10 months old, he was going through a fear/anxiety phase. Instead of pushing him beyond his comfort level, they called me to explain that grooming wasn’t the right choice that day. They introduced me to their free “Happy Visit” program, where dogs spend 15 minutes exploring the salon and receiving treats to build positive associations. One groomer even came out to help when my boy was too nervous to leave the car. That level of care is truly above and beyond.

After taking advantage of the Happy Visit, he came back today and made it through his entire groom! I can’t say enough about the professionalism, patience, and compassion of this team. If you want groomers who genuinely put your dog’s well-being first, this is the place. Just look at how happy my boy is in the photo; that says it all!“

“I cannot recommend Northwood Animal Hospital enough, especially for those with small pets. My bunny Artemis has been seen by both Dr. J and Dr. Roberts, and they are both incredible, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets. I also have nothing but glowing praise for all the vet techs and front desk staff there. Kate and Minerva especially are so sweet and responsive. Everyone here has so much patience and grace.

Unfortunately, my sweet girl passed away during an amputation surgery, but she was older and her paw had become infected. I know that the staff did everything they could…sadly it was just her time. I am so, so grateful to the care that was given to her in the time we spent going to Northwood.“

“Amazing !! I utilize this vet bc I foster for different rescues and what sets this vet apart (besides the amazing vets), is their front office staff!!! I have had to stop going to at least 2 or 3 vets in the past, due to the front office staff being completely rude and abrupt. The ladies here (cuz I haven't seen men upfront) are top notch. They present with such knowledge, patience and loving kindness, it really makes the visit go much smoother!
Then the back office techs and nurses are very skilled and caring.
