Our Maltipoo, Sofie, has been in their care and treated by the team at Lake Forest A. C. for almost ten years. The works from a simple routine check-up, dental care, shampoo and grooming,(sadly, Alma retired), and also a few specialized treatments.The Vets and medical staff have always been exceptionally caring and certainly knowledgeable; answering all the questions put to them. A very comfortable environment for both pet and parent.And, not forgetting the up front group, the 'first responders'. Always a "Hi, Sofie" when we walk in. The staff was extremely friendly and was able to see us the same day I called. The nurse and doctor were very clear about all procedures and made sure that pricing was thoroughly explained before they did anything. They saved our cats life with an emergency surgery and even called in another surgeon on her day off. We will be changing Lake Forest Animal Clinic to our primary care facility for our kitty and all future pets.

I've brought my dog Nova here on several different occasions for checkups, etc but twice I've had to bring her here with owner anxieties of sick pup and they have always been soo accommodating and helpful. This last incident was Nova bad stomach issue and constant diarrhea with bloody mucus in it. While waiting Nova had another incident of bad stomachKim put us in the schedule on a full booked day and we were able to be seen within the hour. She also came out side and walked across the parking lot twice (x2 times) to collect sample of Novas diarrhea(1) with syringe and 2nd) with bag!that is above and beyond in my book.
