“The doctor is very knowledgeable and gentle. They have many different types of therapy for any part of the body that you can do before or after your adjustment for a low cost. I personally saw results within the first 2 weeks of going 3 times a week and my back and neck has never felt better. There was once when I had a rib injury but the doctor knew how to go around it in order for me to still get adjusted well. Overall, Spinal Health Center is such an amazing place where you will truly see results and the cost is not overwhelming. The staff is very nice as well and is very flexible. I highly recommend this place!“

“If you've never had a Thai massage, come here. This was my first one and it blew me away. I'm 6'0 and well over 300 lbs so I was a little skeptical, but the little Asian lady who worked on me was incredibly strong. She was tossing my limbs around and stretching me out effortlessly. I've always been a deep tissue and Swedish massage guy, but this completely changed my mind. I prefer this hands down now. Outstanding service!

“My wife has chronic pain. We found Gentle Crane and the service has been phenomenal. My wife has been receiving care from Kristen, maybe 12 times now. She gets the care she needs to relax her muscles and break up re-occurring knots and tension. My wife likes to talk alot and Kristen has been so friendly and attentive.

I do not talk that much :) and Kristen can go with that flow also. If you choose to be chatty, they will listen and chat but if you want to stay silent and be in the moment that is okay too. I have also had massages from Jenny and Ashley who were all amazing.

Each therapist employed different but effective techniques on me. In all cases they zeroed in on trouble spots I didn't even know I had.

They are professional, artists of their craft. For small size ladies they can apply a LOT of pressure if it is needed. I like to lift heavy weights and getting the pressure relief really helps in my recovery and range of motion.

The facilities are nice and clean. Having private rooms with soundscape and scents really adds to the privacy and atmosphere.
