The staff, techs, and vet have gone above and beyond to help with our senior dogs who both have needed a lot of care and follow up in their senior years. We feel that we’ve gotten excellent care for their specific conditions and careful follow up to ensure they’re doing well. We always have good experiences with the front desk staff and techs. Thank you for helping keep our boys in great shape!
I had a really good experience at Family Friends Veterinary Hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The whole place felt comfortable and well-organized, which made the visit much less stressful.
What I appreciated most was how caring and patient the staff were with my pet. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain what was going on instead of making me feel rushed. The veterinarian was professional and knowledgeable, but also very gentle and understanding. I could tell that they genuinely cared about the animals they were treating and wanted to make sure both the pet and the owner felt comfortable.
