I've been with bluecross for over 15 years I had a special needs dog that was well taken care of by blue cross staff The doctors are beyond phenomenal patient and kind. Customer services started out rocky for my family in 2023However last night restored my faith in the whole team. My dog, Maddie, now 7 yrs of age, aced her annual physical (02/2024)! I would not hesitate to recommend this group of Veterinarians to friends and family! (They were supportive and knowledgeable with my previous dogs, as well, including Techs employed with the practice.) If I could find one area of improvement, it would be that the parking area is sometimes difficult to find space to park. I have learned to set appointments when traffic and clients are not overwhelming. Our experience yesterday was excellent! Next to no wait time for Maddie’s Physical and although she is a 15-pound Min Pincher and Chihuahua mix who was calmer with her appointment than she’s ever been!!...read full review

Wonderful doctors, and the techs are always so kind to me and my doggie. Thank you BCPH ?1/12/24- I love Blue Cross Pet Hospital, every visit there has been positive. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind, and the techs are so sweet to my pup. I'm very happy we started going there.
