“I booked a last minute appointment because of a lot of back and shoulder pain - which my doctors weren’t doing much about it just sending me videos of exercises. Roxanne was so good, professional, strong! And also kind. The massage I got I think was deep tissue and made me feel so much better (and sore too :) but the good kind). Pain is not completely gone but it’s SO much better, I can sleep again and feel like a normal person. It’s too soon to tell if it’s gone but I’m so thankful I found her.“

“Wendy has been a god send for me, I have had back pain since an accident when I was 11 yrs old left me unable to walk for the better part of a year and with daily back spasms that were incredibly painful. Surgery, therapy, emergency room visits, and aggravating waits to see a specialist where they only gave me countless prescriptions of muscle relaxers, pain killers and completely useless tordol shots that drained all of my energy and brought on cycles of depression have never stopped the pain and I've lived in fear of hurting my back constantly. Regularly for the past thirty years I've had to deal with this debilitating pain that sometimes seemed to flare up for no reason has required me to lay flat on the floor for weeks at a time and here recently for several months. Nothing provided any true relief but by chance I meant Wendy and was introduced to ayurvedic therapy. A few days after our first session I was able to get off the floor and be active for most of the day and after the next session I was sleeping in my bed again and things have only continued to improve for me as each day it seems I have more energy, stand up straighter and move without the fear of my back locking up.Wendy's professionalism is impeccable, she made me feel comfortable immediately and I found it easy to explain my pain to her, she is a true healer. “Why have I not seen this place before??? OMG!!!! They are nicest and most sincere people here. Adrienne was awesome. The facility is upstairs in an older building BUT they have everything you need there and they are super clean. All the little things you don't even think about or even have in your own house, they have it. We didn't have time to really talk to her because we had to run. We did the infrared sauna and it was really good and clean. The room had everything you need and they have a shower there in another room. They have towels, slippers, robes, toiletries, etc. We'll be back for sure. Super awesome to see there are still good sincere people in this world. The folks here are totally that.“
