Purchased a Groupon a while back and made an appt via text for a couples massage. They don't tell you ahead of time, but you need to be there on time or early or else the time can be taken out of your service if you're late. The staff speaks very limited English and whoever massaged me had to also tend to the front whenever someone walked in (interrupted my service). Tip $15 minimum required per person. Parking is hard to find on a weekend in the lots.Their technique was superb and it's beautiful and modern inside.

A little pricey for the classic massages but it's in a very nice location in Los Gatos with great staff and customer service. They price matched me the Groupon amount which is very great because now you can get a high quality massage in Los Gatos.Definitely feels very soothing and refreshing. Staff are friendly, attractive, charming, hospitable and welcoming.My masseuse was very professional and she worked on every area skillfully and was very professional.Super rejuvenating and relaxing coming out again. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a great massage.

Great service, friendly well trained masseuses, fair price. Would highly recommend the hot stone massage. Went here for my 20th Anniversary for a 60 min. Deep tissue couple massage and it was a hit. Thank you to K Spa and Body.
