“The team at Ladera Cleaners has done it again! I always bring our household's cleaning and repairs here. Most recently, they did a wonderful repair to my beloved old bomber jacket.

The repair was not simple; because the lining was shredding and impossible to zip, they had to deconstruct part of the jacket. Ladera Cleaners did a great job letting me know ahead of time what I could expect, both in terms of price, and that the repair would unavoidably be somewhat visible. I consented.

I got it back this week and I'm so impressed with the result. They found a sympathetically striped fabric and lined up the pattern. It shows creativity and attention to detail. As they projected, the mend is visible, but if anything, it adds to the beauty and unique style of the garment. It's very true to the artistic intent of the original designer.

“Staff were friendly and efficient. Items were ready on time. No waiting when I dropped off or when I picked up. Clothes were like new again, clean and well pressed.
Premise was clean, orderly, bright and welcoming. Parking was great. I haven’t used a dry cleaner in about 8+ years so the prices seemed high to me but it’s probably comparable to any other dry cleaner-if you can find another one.

“After my Japan elopement that involved taking beautiful outdoor photos in slightly muddy, sprinkling weather conditions, I was eager to find a wedding dress cleaning service that would truly take care of my dress during the cleaning process, especially since the skirt is made of a delicate chiffon material. Elegance Preserved did exactly that.

They were very communicative throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. One of the most convenient parts was their pick-up and drop-off service. If you live in an area they service, a driver can come directly to your home to pick up the dress and return it once it's cleaned.

I wasn't in a rush to get my dress back, and the full process took about 1.5 months, which felt very reasonable for such an extensive cleaning. They also sent before-and-after photos (see attached), and I could clearly see that the muddy stains were essentially gone.

“Amazing dry cleaner service!
I have used them three times before leaving a review. 1st time it was just a blouse that had some pretty bad stains and I was ready to throw away if they did not come off. The blouse looked like new, I was very happy about it. The 2nd time it was two winter jackets, and the 3rd time it was 1 evening dress, 2 shirts, and a pair of dress pants. And once again, the clothes looked sparking new within a few days only.

Their turn around time is very fast, their service is very high quality, and the price is reasonable, in my opinion.
