I see Mrs. Kim regularly for dry cleaning my formal attire, but she went above and beyond when I spilled Indian food (bright orange Paneer) on a silk shirt. never had an issue bringing in and out my items here. staff is very kind, informative and attentive. they are transparent with price as well if you need a breakdown of costs.i no longer live on this side of mountain view anymore, but if i dont find anything near my new neighborhood that i like, ill go back to this gem :)
