Amazon accidentally delivered cold groceries into our building's lockers managed by Dynasty Cleaners, and locked it with a pin. Dynasty Cleaners was very helpful and sent somebody to open up the lockers. They just gained a new customer!
Dynasty saved the day today! We accidentally sent my daughters dress to the cleaners when she had a choral concert tonight. The gang at the Broadway store found our bag, got the dress out, cleaned and pressed it all in the 15 minutes it took us to figure out where the dress was and to get to the store to pick it up. You made a teenager very happy tonight (not an easy feat). Thank you for going above and beyond!
These guys are the best. Super friendly and great service. Will do same day service which has saved me a ton of time. Uniform is always pressed and smells clean.
They have 2 locations. Doesn't matter which location you go to, they're both friendly. They both offer alterations as well.
