Called Phil, he helped me with over-the-phone diagnosis, and recommended replacing one $59 part... a hand controler switch that had simply worn out after 30 years of pushing the buttons. He shipped the correct part, and now all is working great again. Maybe for another thirty years! Thanks to Electropedic for stocking parts for such an old bed, and thanks to Phil for great service.“

“They were incredible! Lucy who helped us changed her schedule so she could stay late getting our four kids treated and removed all eggs and lice. She was kind, professional, patient and hardworking to make sure we were all out of there quickly as possible. Our family is indebted to her because not only did she help us but she made everything seem like it was going to be okay. Another mom of 3 walked in the door at 9pm while we were there and instead of saying sorry we can’t help you, she called her employee to come back into work to look after her too! “This place was great with answering all questions regarding my uncle's care, I only have good things to say about this company. All the nurses were very caring and attentive. My uncle lives alone and his road to recovery was much greater with the people helping him. We had a CHHA as well that I know my uncle misses. Office staff were also great with informing me of everything that went along with my uncle. We love IHH, thank you for your service you guys are outstanding!“

I don’t know who wrote this review because I don’t know what Dependable Home Care is, and I don’t know who Oliver is either, my mother was at Las Casitas assisted living in Burbank there are no men working there, and this place is fabulous, I am going to review Las Casitas, I don’t know anything about Dependable Home Care!“
