I attend 3 different Yoga classes that support my well-being and foundation. Teresa, Claudia, and Sam are knowledgeable, with a great talent to guide the classes in a very supportive and compassionate manner!
I find the classes dynamic and meditative, walking out the session very relaxed and physically content.
I also attend the Barre class. I was cautious because of a previous experience. Jackie's class quickly brought me to a positive outlook towards Barre practice. I love it! Her classes are a complete body workout, done dynamically and guided in a very concious and safe way. Jackie is a very knowledgeable and uplifting instructor.
I have not tried the equipment, sauna, or any other classes YET, but the faces and the attitude of the othe members in the studio say it all for me.
Last but not least, Zara and Judy welcome the members with a smile and by name, ready to help and answer any questions, and with a calming vibe that already start the relaxation mood for me!
Additionally, the Studio is beautiful, clean, and classy. It speaks of the spirit and intention of the management and staff. Thank you!!

“If I could give more stars I would:). I first attended a class at this studio in 2012 to help stretch out more hamstrings from years of running. As a physical and occupational therapist I was extremely impressed with the in-depth knowledge and awareness, Linea (studio owner) had of the body's anatomy . She was able to modify poses for individuals presenting with various muscle skeletal ailments with ease. She is extremely friendly, and welcoming and you quickly feel a part of the "yoga family." I must also give a shout out to Lynn, another excellent and highly knowledgable yoga instructor. She is attentive and makes sure you are doing your poses correctly. The studio also offers other yoga classes, a HITT class, Reformer classes ( with Linea), personal training sessions, as well as massage and Acupuncture (Lynn's also an acupuncturist!) services should you need them.“

But hey, I've been making it work by doing home workouts and going for runs. Now, I gotta give a shoutout to Jen because she's the best! I'm very happy I stumbled upon this place. The studio is super clean, and everyone there is incredibly nice and patient. The pilates class I've been taking is seriously a game-changer. It's the reason I drag me out of bed early almost every day. Plus, it's been helping me recover quickly from my marathon training. I'm telling you, I'm head over heels in love with this place. If you're on the hunt for a pilates spot, look no further. This place is exactly what you need.“
