“A really wonderful experience! This is a one-woman shop, so you'll have to book your appointment beforehand, but luckily everything is very clear and convenient online! Small note that there is a mani/pedi combo package towards the bottom of the list - I tried multiple times to book both a mani and pedi at the same time (and failing) before realizing! Parking downtown depending on the time of day can be a little challenging, but it is towards the end of downtown which makes it a little easier. Charming Nail Shop is located on the second floor, and there are two seats to wait at inside if she's finishing up with previous clients! You can pick a color while you wait - her variety is pretty extensive, and she recommended me to try a polish with "diamond finish" that truly held up flawlessly for almost three weeks, and is still holding up strong as I grew out my nails for the next three months lol. Mani and pedi were both really relaxing experiences - the soak and massage was lovely, and she made great conversation (out of this introvert!) to pass the time. My appointment did take longer than planned but I enjoyed the little spa moment for me. Thanks again for the great experience, would highly recommend for others to try out for a special relaxing moment!“
“Since I can't do 10 stars I will have to tell you what I think of ths artist. Yes artist. I met Amber in another setting, but heard her say she does microblading. Having had my eyebrows ruined by another company three years ago and still on my face, Amber took the challege nd went ahead a tried to fix the problem - harpo black thick unatractie are kind words thank god for bangs. Well the first time didn't come out to her expectations, she had my come back no charge - get that - for free and got another product to try to take away the horribe job which still was there on my face hidden under bangs. Today, I woke up and looked at them and WOW WOW WOW WOW WHAT A GREAT JOB -thanks Amber you have a customer for life.“
“Dela provides excellent lashes, customer service, and is overall just a great person! My normal lash artist was on maternity leave and only recommended Dela and I am so glad she did. It was wonderful to be able to meet and work with Dela. I wanted to try something a little different with my set and she heard me out and gave me recommendations. They came out perfect! She even sent my original lash artist updated with what we did so I could continue to get the same look. She really listens to what you want and will tell you what will work best for getting the look you want and maintaining lash health. Very grateful to have been able to get services done with her!“

“I recently went to Nasia for a set of hybrid lashes and I can honestly say that my lashes have never looked THIS good! Before beginning my session, Nasia asked me a series of questions to get a better idea of what I wanted my set to look like. Not only have I ever had my experience/lashes so customized to my liking, but it truly reflects that she takes her work seriously and is not interested in doing "cookie cutter lashes" The experience itself was relaxing and she consistently made sure that there was no burning or discomfort. She has a very laid back and friendly attitude that radiates fun and positivity during the entire session. I will definitely be going back to Nasia for my lash needs!“

“I had tried out a few lash places before I finally found Chanell and I am sooo happy I did. I tried lash extensions a few years back and I hated how heavy the lashes the artist used made my eyes- I always looked tired. Then I decided to give lashes another try and my natural lashes were just beat up after every appt. I gave up a second time.. then I took my time to do my research and I was recommended TSB from a friend and I just went for it. I am so glad I did because Chanell truly does a deep assessment compared to my past lash artists. She makes sure she knows what you want to achieve and she ensure that you are comfortable (nothing poking you) during your appt. She works in silence with soothing music in the background and I forget I'm there .. I take a quick little nap and she's done! I can tell she's focused during my appts and she is detail oriented. For some reason her lashes have lasted longer on me than other lashes I've had in the past and I love how her technique is so flattering on my eye shape. Doesn't feel heavy at all and I can dress them down for daily wear or throw on some eyeshadow and make them look more dramatic for a night out. I can tell much much Chanell cares about her business and how seriously she takes it. As a client, I truly appreciate that about her and I recommend her a thousand times“
