“Rosi saved my life!!
I originally went to a place in Hayward and had my lashes done for a trip I was leaving in the morning. As soon as i got out in my car and really had time to look, i noticed the lashes immediately started falling off and 1 side was way thicker than the other side. I went right back in. *Also my appt was 45 min behind which caused her to rush since they were closing soon* so when I walked back in the were closing up.
As shes walking twords the door to leave She said they looked fine and the ones falling out were just extras.
She said if I still felt that way, I could come in the morning. I told her again I was leaving at 7am and I couldn't. I wouldn't be back for 6 days.
When I got back from vacay, I went in to at least see if they could put some more on the side that was thinner. They said since it had been 8 days I would have to pay 80 for a fill. They offered 60 for one eye.
I had holes. It was ridiculous. I'm a stylist. I know how to take care of them. They said it was my fault and they fell out because I went to the beach. I never went to the beach. Never said I went. Just said I went on vacay. Then she said she didn't remember our conversation. All this while barely understanding what they were trying to convey to me. Or if they even really understood me. I had went there at least 6 times and this never happened before. I can get them to last at least 4 weeks. When I told them that they laughed and said no ones lasts that long. Funny as I was in 4 weeks prior to the appt im complaining about. After 30 min of trying to fix this, I left without resolution. I was scared to find someone else. Looked up several places close by and choice to take a chance with Rosi. She not only fixed them, she did it last min and did it in an hour. Even though I had to repay someone to redo them and was not happy about that, I was hella happy when I walked out. These lashes have lasted soooo long! I already made another appt and will be back!!
