Aila is the most talented person who has ever helped me with my skin. Her facials are decadent, detailed and so relaxing. She puts so much thought into her approach. All the products she uses are ethically and authentically aligned to Aila's standards. The space itself is so nice, clean and inviting. I would never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Aila for about 4 years for all of my glam needs. I've followed her to each salon she has worked at and now at her very own salon which speaks volumes of how great of an esthetician she is. I've never gone anywhere else after I first went to Aila for eyebrow waxing. I go to her for eyebrow waxing, facials, spray tans, and massage. She is my one woman glam squad, she does it all and does it well! Aila always takes her time with whatever she is doing for me and does an amazing job. Bought a Groupon for here (volume lash extensions + 2 week fill) on a whim and am glad I did! Jessica is a total professional and an easy conversationalist, which is much appreciated when you're laying for 1-2 hours, while lashes are applied. About week after my initial appointment, I had an obvious bald spot. I was able to schedule an appointment, easily, to come in for a fix--NO CHARGE. I usually tip well, and I believe it was appreciated. When I finally went in for a fill, it had been nearly three weeks and I looked a bit ragged, so I expected there would be an up charge. Nope.
