If only all contractors were as knowledgeable and ethical!! Wow…Trevor is amazing. Responsive - came out same day I called. Expert - knew how to assess, had all the right tools with him, explained his thinking / logic of what was going on in a way that made sense. Ethical - assessment of issue was that we didn’t need his services. He gave us his recommendations based on what was wrong and he left without charging me. Who does that? It was so helpful to know what it wasn’t so we could deal with what it was. We asked him again to charge us for coming out and diagnosing issue, and he again declined. Can’t say enough good things. 🙌
