“Today was the third session I had with Dr. Pollack. I went to him because I was tired of having so much pain that it interfered with my daily life. I can honestly say in a short time, 3 sessions I feel 60-70 % better. In fact while walking my dog I expected to have a labored walk but in fact it was the opposite. I will continue with sessions with him because the exercises and advice and discussions are extremely beneficial. He is also very witty and clever, and extremely personable. I love that he uses different types of approaches that resonate with me.
