“Went in with constant, severe left shoulder pain. My MRI noted I have multi-level cervical (neck) degeneration and nerve compression (C4, C5, and C6), with one level compression is close to the spinal cord. My lowest level of pain throughout the day was a 5; at night it was at 9. Couldn't sleep for weeks. Prescription corticosteriod and muscle relaxant provided some relief, but was only temporary. Massage made it worse. Acupuncture helped with some pain relief, but again temporary. Atrophy and shoulder weakness soon followed, I could barely lift my left arm.

Then I signed up for the treatment package at Dudum. Within 3 sessions, my should pain improved by 60%. By two weeks I was improved to 80%. Within a month, I stopped thinking about my shoulder at all.
