“Im a retired nurse and I have been treated by Dr Russo for several years due to back pain. No matter how I feel coming in, I always feel better with relief of pain. He uses a special tool called an activator makes it painful with no "cracking" of the bones. He is open daily M-F and has late appointments as needed due to work. Most importantly though, this is the first time I’ve been to a place that is actually trying to help me get better… not just scheduling recurring appointments for no reason. I appreciate that they check in regularly and make necessary changes for long-term improvement.

The one downside I will say is there have been receptionist changes quite a lot probably because they don’t pay their receptionist enough. Right now it’s Michelle & Patty, and they are wonderful!!!

As for billing, they do a great job of working with you so that you can get the care you need.

Apex Home, Hospice, and Home Care is an Excellent Company !
I am Mark and I’ve been taking care of my Aunt and Uncle since 2021. I first reached out to Apex and manager Tess in 2021 to spend a couple of hours a day with them and Make sure they were taking their Medication. In 2023 I had to move both of them into Memory Care, and within a month I had to go to Texas for 3 months. So, I again called Tess at Apex to arrange care for over 8hrs a day, for several months, to help them settle into Memory Care life while I was out of state. Now, for the third time, at the beginning of February 2026, I called Tess at Apex to arrange 24hr care for my Aunt who is now living alone in Memory Care. I don’t want her to be Alone during this Life changing event!
Every time I needed Apex, they have been there with Professionalism and kindness. What a Great team! I cannot say it Strong enough, that this Company is Excellent !!!

“Dr. Prieto changed my life. I have been suffering from pain all over by body, but especially in my si joints, neck and upper back for over 5 years. I have seen approximately 18 doctors of various specialities, had multiple cortisone shots, epidural injections, nerve blocks, acupuncture, massage and have been in physical therapy for 3 years. All of these treatments haven’t been successful and all of the doctors I had seen could not figure out why I was not responding to any treatment. I saw Dr. Prieto to get his opinion and to see if he could help me. I spent a lot of time with him as he went over my health history taking detailed notes of all of my symptoms and treatments I had tried thus far. He asked me questions no other doctor had asked me with the most important one being “Have you ever seen a rheumatologist?” I told him I had not. He then said that he recommended I should see one because he thought my condition may be systemic and not just physical. He also did not charge me a penny for my appointment! I came into his office with the intent of purchasing a package of chiropractic treatments and he advised me not to buy anything or start treatment with him until I saw a rheumatologist. I saw a rheumatologist and it turns out I have psoriatic arthritis. I appreciate how he referred me to see a rheumatologist instead of just taking my money not knowing if he would be able to help me. He is so ethical and understanding and is looking out for the best interest of his patients. I cannot thank him or recommend him enough!“

“Dr Sean has an amazing intuition for where your problem stems from. So, he gets right to the root of the problem.
My husband was suffering from Sciatica and within just a few visits started feeling better.
I have been coming to him for about six weeks because of back pain and foot pain when I walk for exercise. Apparently… one leg was shorter than the other because my spine was so far out of wack. Feeling better! Spine is holding its place for longer periods of time.
