It is very hard to find affirming providers in this world we live in because people get stuck on living within the boxes of what medical practice is, BUT Lydia is working outside of the boxes and is one of the best providers I have ever had the privilege of receiving care from. She reminds me that there are affirming providers out there that see and listen to their patients. As a patient, I honor your work and equitably reciprocate the care by paying the prices you list. You deserve to be compensated equitably by those of us that are seen, heard, and tended to.

I came to Dr. Lydia about 7months ago after my knee started binding from squatting. I had a history of knee injuries on both of my knees. During the initial visit Dr. Lydia was super friendly and welcoming. She took her time to understand my injury and concerns. She is very companionate with her craft. She takes the time to explain what she is going to do and how it will affect your specific injury. She explained how scraping and cupping works if that is treatment you are looking for. When you walking in to Dr. Lydia's office you'll be welcomed to a friendly and clean environment in where you will want to come back.I arrived with Dr. Lydia with a sevierhip injury which limited my walking and stopped my running. After treating me for a periodical time and working along my strength coach Dr. Lydia got me back to running and running half marathons.I completely trust her and I know that she is not like any chiropractor that takes patients to simply adjust them. She cares for her patients and she wants to get them back to their normal activities or even stronger than when they first walked in to her office.
