Serenity Zen | Massage SPA, established in 2012, is a place where the art of massage therapy meets modern wellness. The spa offers various services such as deep tissue massages, reflexology, and essential oil treatments. Serenity Zen is committed to providing a tranquil environment that envelops visitors in relaxation from the moment they step in. The staff are praised for their professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to listen to customer needs, ensuring problem areas like back and shoulder stiffness are well addressed. The facilities include clean rooms, heated beds, soft face pillows, and earplugs, creating an overall serene experience. Customers often compare Serenity Zen favorably to Massage Envy due to its therapeutic approach, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, despite some feeling it’s worth paying a little more for the quality of massage. Many visitors appreciate the friendly front desk and the skilled masseuses, like Shirley, who hit all the right spots with just the right amount of pressure. The spa also offers packages and occasional promotions to enhance the experience. Overall, Serenity Zen | Massage SPA is highly recommended for those seeking stress relief, pain management, or relaxation.
I’ve been going to Serenity’ Zen for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say the experience is always amazing. The customer service is great, and the moment you arrive you feel a sense of calm and serenity. Linda is one of the best masseuses out there — professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Highly recommend
Our massages were great and tailored to the needs we expressed be being taken to the back for them. My wife and I have different tastes, but each provider met them to a tee. And Gia at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit
It was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience! I had the 75 minute combo (foot and body) with essential oils and a scalp massage, and Kim was amazing! She was attentive and her pressure was perfect for me - not too firm or too soft. I will definitely come back again soon.
