I went in to Serenity Massage for a much needed massage/facial and Louise went above and beyond my expectations! To start off, I immediately felt comfortable in the space thanks to her warm and inviting personality, it was easy and fun to chat which made me feel even more relaxed. I fell asleep about halfway in, and the migrane I had come in with was instantly gone when I woke up - no lie, I had tried everything to make it go away all day and nothing worked but Louise worked her magic and it was as if it was never there!
