“The therapists at Orthopaedic Spine Care and Change Physical Therapy are EXCELLENT!!! They are pleasant , caring, skilled and interested in helping you achieve success in your rehabilitation. They inquire about your goals and level of activity you would like to reach and then gear exercises to help you improve in attaining that goal. I’ve been impressed that each session builds upon the previous ones so you’re not repeating things and are being constantly challenged.
They also offer water therapy where you perform exercises on a treadmill in a warmed water tank.
It has been a pleasurable and encouraging experience. I look forward to each session in my journey back to rehabilitation.

“I was referred to Fullerton Physical Therapy and Sports Care (FPTSC) by my doctor, due to an increasingly painful arthritic knee. The knee was getting so painful after sitting in a chair that I thought I might have to start taking painkillers just to get through the day. In addition to my twice weekly physical therapy sessions, Ryan and Ron showed me exercises to do before I stand up, after I have been sitting, and just like magic, no more excruciating pain upon standing. (You will have to ask Ryan and Ron why these exercises, combined with the PT sessions, worked so well.) These good results have nothing to do with positive thinking on my part because I really didn't have any expectations for this therapy, beyond maybe some minor pain relief.“

Apex Home, Hospice, and Home Care is an Excellent Company !
I am Mark and I’ve been taking care of my Aunt and Uncle since 2021. I first reached out to Apex and manager Tess in 2021 to spend a couple of hours a day with them and Make sure they were taking their Medication. In 2023 I had to move both of them into Memory Care, and within a month I had to go to Texas for 3 months. So, I again called Tess at Apex to arrange care for over 8hrs a day, for several months, to help them settle into Memory Care life while I was out of state. Now, for the third time, at the beginning of February 2026, I called Tess at Apex to arrange 24hr care for my Aunt who is now living alone in Memory Care. I don’t want her to be Alone during this Life changing event!
Every time I needed Apex, they have been there with Professionalism and kindness. What a Great team! I cannot say it Strong enough, that this Company is Excellent !!!

“Im a retired nurse and I have been treated by Dr Russo for several years due to back pain. No matter how I feel coming in, I always feel better with relief of pain. He uses a special tool called an activator makes it painful with no "cracking" of the bones. He is open daily M-F and has late appointments as needed due to work.
