My shower would not turn off this morning! I knew I had a home warranty so I only slightly panicked. Old Republic assigned me 2 companies & both could not come same day but in 2 or 3 days! Then I got assigned A1 Phoenix Plumbing. All the technicians had a full day, so I canceled. However, the receptionist/ secretary did not give up! She called me back 10 minutes later to inform me she found someone who would take another appointment. Edgar saved the day! He took on an extra appointment when he should’ve been going home to be with his family. He was very very professional and ON TIME! As soon as he walked in I was at ease. When you live in a $3M home you don’t just let anyone touch things. My guy Jairo is someone I trusted to do the job quickly and correctly. He was in and out in under 30 minutes and everything is working amazingly now.
Jairo came to fix my toilet he was very professional polite and kind.. he came in my home with good energy I showed him where the bathroom was located he got straight to work.. once to took a look he explained the problem then left to go get the part .. came back fixed my toilet .. he was fast and efficient.. thank u so much
