“I’ve been a patient here for a while now and have had both great experiences and some not so much. I recently went in for my regularly scheduled cleaning with Alisha, who is the reason for my review. I’ve had my cleanings done by her in the last year or so, and she has made the experience there so pleasant. She is friendly and informative. Explains the process beforehand so that I know what to expect and always makes sure that I’m comfortable throughout the service. She is also very helpful when it comes to my follow ups. My not so great experiences have been issues with front desk. For example, I received a reminder call of an appointment and the staff member rudely said I have to confirm my appointment otherwise she was going to schedule someone else in my place. Which was uncalled for in my opinion because we get so many reminders and if I no-show, I get charged $75 anyway. I also always seem to have to question the amount of X-rays they ask for in a year, seems they want one for everything, but it’s truly not a preference of mine. However, there has not been an experience we have not been able to handle or navigate, which is why we continue to stay with Sky Dental, and having the consistency of Alisha has been a pleasant bonus.“

“This review is for Dr Rachel Callaway and her team- wow! They are the greatest. I drive all the way from Oakland to Clayton just to see them. My family had been with Dr Becker since 1993, and Dr Rachel took over the practice when he retired several years ago. He chose the absolute best person he could have- agreed by my whole family, now very much in different phases of our lives. As someone who is sometimes somewhat terrified of dental work, she and her team are that perfect combination of soothing, skilled, professional, and kind. Linda has been our hygienist all these years and we are so lucky to be in her hands- she has that gentle confidence and skill of having done this a long time.
