“Well today October 4/24 I went to the clinic for the first time I visited it at 2:30 I arrived at 1 and in the paperwork that I had to fill out at 1:15 pm they put me in and two girls came in I didn't ask if they were doctors or nurses, but they were very friendly, very professional, they took the vital signs, they did everything they had to do, they wrote the name of my medications, they asked me for the name of the pharmacy where I would like to receive my medication, and they gave me what I needed. I do recommend This clinic is quite good because they treated me very well and above all they told me when there are fewer people. They treated me very well. Yes, I recommend it 100%.“

“I am 77 years old & a Veteran...I was in the USCG 1960 to 1964...whenever someone is kind enough to thank me for my service I always respond "It was my pleasure...those were 4 of the best years of my life"...the only other VA facility I have ever patronized is big facility in Long Beach...I use to wait for hours just to talk to someone & get an appointment...I have a store in ELA that I work out of & live in...it is right off of Gerhart on Beverly Blvd so I am about 5 minutes from VA Clinic on Olympic Blvd. in ELA...when I first heard about that location I went in & registered...I have been using their services for a couple of years now & couldn't be happier...for flu shots, medications & my annual physical...a week ago I got a call & was given an appointment for my covid vaccine on Wed. Feb. 10th at 11:30 am & asked to check in 15 minutes early...after seeing the nightmare scenes of the lines at Dodger Stadium & other vaccine facilities...the long lines of seniors in Florida standing in lines with no end in their wheelchairs & walkers...needless to say I was apprehensive as to what I would face & how long I would have to wait for my vaccine...I arrived at the clinic at 11:15 am...they asked me a few questions & then sent me into another room...at 11:37...22 minutes after arriving I had already gotten my vaccine and was in the observation room I had to hang out in for 15 minutes to insure I wouldn't have a bad reaction...I was absolutely amazed & of course very pleased with the way this was all handled..."KUDOS" to the staff & everyone in anyway responsible for the way it was handled...as a Veteran I feel blessed to have the benefits provided to us...even more blessed to have a facility so convenient to me & staffed with some of the most caring, giving & kind people I have had the pleasure of dealing with...with much gratitude my humble thanks... “This must be the best Medical Center Healthcare services for Orthopedic, Spinal Care, occupational medicine and Physical therapy I have ever visited. I was very lucky to chance upon this after searching for a speciality doctor on my Insurance portal. Dr. Albano with Healthpointe must be the most patient centric genuine human empathy doctor I have ever met. Most doctors treat you like a number in line and have no time, in a rush from room to room; but Dr. Albano from the first minute was patient and spent as much time as needed to hear and understand my exact issue, diagnosing it, explaining to me the different options. I was amazed as Dr. Albany gave me advice on my need like he would to a family member. Absolutely, amazing and loved the medical services rendered. As soon as you enter this facility the front office staff always has a smile and a welcoming nature. They are always polite and courteous to patients. The radiology technicians are amazing and totally caring, genuine and kind, understanding you are there as you are in pain. The scheduling staff member is most amazing, courteous and polite and does her best to accommodate your schedule. This is one of the most amazing medical services facility and staffed with the most amazing and caring medical staff.
