I got very good service during my visit on 8/30/2025. The staff lady (I don't her name) is very good to work with everything. It also shows that she has a high level of professionalism. During night I had three times to go to restroom, I got her very careful and very patient care until I go back to room for sleep again every times. Please give this lady thank her again! I'm glad you have such very good service staff!
Danny was helpful to explain the raw data on my sleep study and HST reports after my doctor office visiting as we cannot figure out some points. He was kindly to email and call to answer my questions. Yesenia was helpful to reschedule my appointments to accommodate my needs.
Room was clean but a bit cold with air conditioning and noises.
At first when I scheduled my appt to pick up the machine to bring home I was never given the address. I was told I would get it via text or email. The day of my appt I called to reschedule because I didn't have the information I needed. I spoke with Yesenia who was very kind and rescheduled me. I went yesterday to pick up the machine and I met Yesenia, who was so welcoming and nice. I had to wait for the machine to be returned and while waiting Yesenia was very attentive and apologized for the wait time. It's a small office. Yesenia was amazing. Will wait and see how fast my results will take.
