Very nice clean facility. They ask you to be there at 8:30 to actually acknowledge you at 10:30. The room is very cold and blankets are very thin. You are asked not to bring anything from home. This should be reconsidered. I had to go to the restroom at 2:20 rang the bell 8 times nobody came. I called the main office and they contacted the person on site. I think she fell asleep.
The clinic staff were very professional and kind. It made my 1st time experience very comfortable and cozy . They were very attentive to me when I needed an extra blanket. They talked you through very step and made sure you were comfortable. I had a great experience. Thank you comfort clinic
The only thing i didn’t enjoy was sleeping on the little bed, other than that Rose and the gentleman with the bald head (I didn’t catch his name) made me feel comfortable and made the process go smooth. They were very patient with me and both were very sweet. Thank you
