The front office staff are friendly. However, some have experienced challenges, such as the front desk not answering much, requiring multiple attempts to reach them. For some, wait times were quick, while a first chemo treatment took 6 hours, but the care and knowledge of the staff were tremendous, making one patient feel 99% better. The institute strives to deliver a nurturing and supportive environment for its patients during their difficult journey, with doctors providing corrective treatments and caring about their patients' health and wisdom in their profession. Parking was decent.
staff is always friendly + my new doctor is super nice & intelligent. we got along famously. very straightforward yet understanding and charismatic. nurses and front desk have great manners ~ always striking up a little conversation to cheer us up. i enjoy going there every couple of months for my checkups.
The front desk doesn’t seem to really answer much, have to attempt more than one day. The doctor is really nice, kind, and patient though. Dr Kim is a great empathetic doctor that helps you out and listens. Waiting was quick for me.
Today was my first chemo treatment took 6 hours. But the care and knowledge of your staff was tremendous. It's been such a nervous thing to go through but my first treAtment has already mAde me feel 99 % better! Thank you
