The Oncology Institute offers comprehensive cancer care. Patients have praised the friendly and caring staff, with doctors like Dr. Kim and Dr. Oranus described as nice, kind, patient, empathetic, informative, and professional. The front office staff are friendly. However, some have experienced challenges, such as the front desk not answering much, requiring multiple attempts to reach them. For some, wait times were quick, while a first chemo treatment took 6 hours, but the care and knowledge of the staff were tremendous, making one patient feel 99% better. The institute strives to deliver a nurturing and supportive environment for its patients during their difficult journey, with doctors providing corrective treatments and caring about their patients' health and wisdom in their profession. Parking was decent.
Dr O. Mohammadi is an excellent doctor. She explains things (the treatment plan, side effects, any questions I have). I highly recommend her as an Oncologist. The staff members are very friendly and good at their jobs. The office, exam rooms and treatment area are always clean and tidy. The waiting room is not overcrowded with chairs. Just enough when they are busy and patients have come with 2 or 3 support members.
At first I didn't know what to expect but as time went by and I got to know what was going on I got the best care from the doctor Mohammed and her staff they all are some of the most passionate people i have met and they took really good care of me and im here to say THANK YOU ALL for all of you help now im CANCER FREE I recommend this institute to anyone in need of there help they have a great team
staff is always friendly + my new doctor is super nice & intelligent. we got along famously. very straightforward yet understanding and charismatic. nurses and front desk have great manners ~ always striking up a little conversation to cheer us up. i enjoy going there every couple of months for my checkups.
